Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 24 September 2021 9.00am EDT

During the last week the observing schedule was replanned to incorporate an observation of GRB 210919A which was accepted as a Target of Opportunity on Sep 19. Time from scheduled observations of PKS 0023-26 was impacted by the replan and will be rescheduled in a future week. A real-time procedure was performed on Sep 17 to perform a Low Rate Dump of the TEL_DATA portion of OBC Non-Checksummed Memory. This allowed the flight team to access detail information regarding the the status of the gratings. The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below.

Use of the gratings is suspended pending a detailed review of the LETG insert anomaly. All other spacecraft subsystems continued to support nominal operations.
