During the last week, the observing schedule was replanned to incorporate an observation of GRB251016A, which was accepted as a Director's Discretionary Time Target of Opportunity on Oct 19. Loads for the replanned schedule were uplinked on October 21. The schedule was again interrupted to incorporate an observation of V1935 Cen, which was accepted as a Director's Discretionary Time Target of Opportunity on Oct 20. Loads for the replanned schedule were uplinked on October 22. Planned observations that were impacted by the replans will be rescheduled. An additional on-console procedure was run on Oct 24 to disable the HRC. This action was taken after the HRC High-Voltage telemetry values showed zero when they should have been commanded to their nominal state. This action protects the HRC while investigations into the anomaly proceed. The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below and includes an observation of CHIMEJ1634+44, which was accepted as a Director's Discretionary Time Target of Opportunity on Oct 13, and is coordinated with the VLA. |
