Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 18 April 2008 8.30am EDT

During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

A real-time procedure was conducted on April 17 to perform a diagnostic dump of the Central Processing Electronics (CPE).

The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below. We note that an observation of Cyg X-1 on Apr 20 (the end of the present week's schedule) has been coordinated with XMM-Newton, RXTE, Suzaku, INTEGRAL and Swift, as well as radio and optical ground-based observatories. In addition to the remarkable degree of coverage, the observation presents a unique opportunity for cross-calibration.
