During the last 24 hours Chandra completed the GTO observation of Abell 370 with ACIS-S and began an observation of CL 0117+31 with ACIS-I. This observation will be completed at 2:20 pm, 10/23.

The next mission schedule was completed and uplinked overnight. This load will perform an observation of Cas-A with HRC-I prior to a pre-belt entry ACIS CTI measurement and radiation belt entry at 9:09 pm, 10/23. The first observation after the post-belt CTI measurements on 10/24 will be a Rapid Burster source - Chandra's first Target of Opportunity (TOO).

The spacecraft systems continued to operate nominally.
