During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

A real-time procedure was completed on Feb 11 to update the on-board ephemeris.

A Chandra press release was issued on Feb 10 of a composite Chandra, Hubble and Spitzer image of the spiral galaxy Messier 101. The image was released as a Great Observatories contribution to mark the International Year of Astronomy. For the spectacular image and further details see: http://chandra.harvard.edu/press/09_releases/press_021009.html
